P-39 Airacobra Short Kit  - WGMSK705

WGM705Combo - P-39 Airacobra Combo (Short Kit, Wood Pack, Insignia Sheet)

P-39 Airacobra - Wing Span 55 inches

The Airacobra flew in both the Pacific and European theaters of WWII. It was somewhat of an ungainly airplane with its engine located behind the cockpit and the drive shaft funning under the pilot's seat to the propeller.

The Kit

Here is a good ship for starters. It has a lot of wing and tail for control and as a short kit, it goes together quick and easy.

   TEST PILOT NOTES:

"I felt a real positive feel. The tricycle gear gives this P-39 excellent ground handling and takeoff control."

Why Foam Wings ? Did you know that most aircraft flown in competition (especially those winning) are flying with foam wings?
