The 'Patrol Craft (Fast)' was a development in the U.S. for the Vietnam war. Originally, Coast Guard cutters capable of 25 knots in open water, PCF's are mostly seen in photographs and film being used on inland waterways where they formed part of the 'Brown Water Navy'.
The PCF design on a one piece GRP moulding complete with precision cut ply parts, and a full set of cast white metal fittings that you would expect from the Caldercraft range. The armament forms the main feature of the PCF, Twin forward open turreted 0.5" Browning machine gun.
