There is a certain mystique attached to operating steam engines that is shared by no other form of motive power.  Now you can experience this feeling with this kit.  Designed to be assembled by someone with no prior metal or wood working experience.  It does require the use of solder and a propane torch, however previous experience with these materials would be beneficial.  This item is NOT recommended for children!

A Complete Kit Featuring:

• * Single cylinder oscillating engine with a die-cast mainframe with brass bushings and machined brass flywheel, piston and cylinder assembly
• * Vertical boiler made from copper components with brass exhaust stack, brass boiler jacket and bands, insulation material and mahogany lagging

Designed for Easy Operation:

• * Boiler holds 3 ounces of tap water
• * Uses "Sterno" for fuel
• * Runs for 10-15 minutes at a time
