Guaranteed! Requesting Status of your open order: To request a status of your open order please contact Customer Service using form provided. Card Verification Value Code (CVV): Orders will not be processed without the CVV Code. To learn more about the CVV Code click here. Delays in Shipping: A delay in shipping may occur when the item is on back order. QTH checks with suppliers every week on back ordered items. Also a delay may occur if the order is Flagged. Flagged Orders: A delay in shipping your items may occur if your order gets flagged. An order will be flagged if the billing address and shipping address are different. Large orders or New International customer orders will be flagged. An order remains flagged until accounting has verified the information given and releases the order to the warehouse for shipping or cancels the order. Canceling Orders: Orders placed and then cancelled before 28 days from the time QTH actually processes your order it will be subject to a 5% processing fee. Backordered items cancelled after 28 days will receive a full refund on the backordered items only. If all items on the original order was backordered then the shipping is also refunded. Cancellation must be in writing and may be made via email to Customer Service. Returns: The Product must be in resalable condition, unopened in its original carton, with all manuals and other materials. Product must be returned within 30 days. QTH reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. QTH will not accept c.o.d. returned packages they will be refused and returned to sender. Discontinued items are non-refundable. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for charges incurred for return shipping. Refund processing can take up to 28 days You must email Customer Service for authorization before any returns will be accepted. Refunds: If you choose to bring your item to our store, you will receive your refund at the time of the return. If you choose to send the item back to our warehouse, your refund may take up to 28 business days from the time we receive your item. If you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item. Shipping Charges: The shipping charge is calculated at the time the order is placed. An adjustment to the shipping charge may take place on International Orders where USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail is required or on large boxes when Oversized Shipping was not selected at the time of the order. These charges are adjusted at the time of shipping. Free Shipping on Back Orders: A full deposit is required on all back ordered items. Shipping is FREE on all back ordered items with the exception of International Orders where USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail is required. Special Orders: i.e. an item not listed on QTH website, as part of QTH service QTH will get you the item you want even if it is not normally sold by QTH. As some items are imported or require special shipping from manufacturer, a full deposit is required of the item placed on special order and the items are not cancelable. To place a special order : 1) Contact customer service for verification of item availability and price. 2) Use the Non-eStore Online Order Form to place your order. Hard to Get or Discontinued items: QTH knows how frustrating it can be when a part or an item you need or want is no longer available. QTH with over 30 years in the business offers a service thru its Mom and Pop Dealer Network and thru direct Manufacturer support will make every effort to find that valuable item you are needing. Warranties: All products sold thru QTH carry full manufacturers warranties - If you receive any item that you consider to have a manufacturers defect, damaged or missing items report it to us immediately (attempting to fix or repair will void warranty) via Customer Service and we will aid you in processing the warranty - If the manufacturer request that you contact them direct we will provide you with the necessary information to give them. Please include the following information when reporting: Name and Address - Item Description - Date of Purchase - Problem Charge Backs: Any order that receives a charge back and was NOT cancelled in writing prior to the customer filing the charge back will be subject to a $150.00 processing charge. You Must Notify in Writing of any request to cancel an order prior to filing a charge back - See: Canceling Orders. If you file for cancellation and refund using the correct form and after 28 days from the date of filing you have not received your refund QTH will not challenge or forward your transaction to our legal firm for processing. Cancellations must use the Cancellation & Refund Form We screen diligently for Credit Card fraud! Placing an order using another persons credit card without their consent is Credit Card Fraud. Placing an order and contenting that you never receive your item, when items have shipped or notice of items have shipped via QTH e-Mail shipping notice and filing a charge back on the transaction is Credit Card Fraud. Placing an order and receiving the items or any part of the items and filing a charge back stating that you do not recognize this transaction is Credit Card Fraud. We pursue all legal avenues - advise credit card companies, credit bureaus, and law authorities regarding any suspicious, attempted, or experienced credit card fraud. In addition to these avenues QTH is now using Allied Wallet for processing, a card processing company with international resources. Attempted Credit Card Fraud: Any order processed and shipped and is challenged by the cardholder is subject to a $150.00 accounting processing fee for each occurrence. This fee will not apply if it is determined that the cardholder had no knowledge of the transaction. The fee will apply to transactions done with the cardholders knowledge with the intent to defraud QTH of product or services (these transactions are also consider credit card fraud, and at QTH discretion may result in prosecution). The fee will not apply if customer cancelled the order and QTH failed to refund any monies associated with the order within 28 days of the cancellation. Customer may cancel any order but must allow up to 28 days for refund processing from the date of cancellation - failure to notify QTH of canceling an order and the cardholder challenges the transaction, the fee will apply. If it is determined that credit card fraud was attempted or succeeded and a loss to QTH had incurred a min. of $900.00 attorney fees will be applied, as civil proceeding as well as criminal proceeding will be required. |
