Contacting Customer Service

QTH receives around two thousand e-mails a day.  In order to serve you better we have created special forms which will be forwarded to the proper department for processing.  QTH does not accept phone orders.

Requesting Information or ask a question Not Related to on Order:

Requesting Status of your open order:  To request a status of your open order please use the  Status Request Form

Orders placed with QTH require the CVV Code: To Provide the CVV code you may respond to the automated e-Mail sent to you at the time your order was placed.  The subject line for the e-Mail is:  "Thank You for Shopping with Quick Tech Hobby"  or You may use the CVV Code Form

Returns: The Product must be in resalable condition, unopened in its original carton, with all manuals and other materials.  Product must be returned within 30 days.  QTH reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.  QTH will not accept c.o.d. returned packages they will be refused and returned to sender.  Discontinued items are non-refundable.  Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers.  The original shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for charges incurred for return shipping.  Refund processing can take up to 28 days

You must email Returning Item Form for authorization before any returns will be accepted.

Canceling Orders:  Orders placed and then cancelled before 28 days from the time QTH actually processes your order it will be subject to a 5% processing fee.   Backordered items cancelled after 28 days will receive a full refund on the backordered items only.  If all items on the original order was backordered then the shipping is also refunded. Refunds: If you choose to bring your item to our store, you will receive your refund at the time of the return.  If you choose to send the item back to our warehouse, your refund may take up to 28 business days from the time we receive your item.   If you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.

If after you have used the forms provided above and you feel the need to contact QTH:  Please give us a call at 660-530-8530 and leave a message to include your name, order number, contact phone number and a brief message.  Your call will be put on a call back sheet and a customer service representative will contact you within five business days.  Again, we cannot accept phone orders.
